A clinical relationship begins when appropriate medical care is provided through the practice.

The current initial doctor consultation fee displayed by PVT is R700. Laboratory tests, medication, procedures, treatments and follow-up consultations are charged separately where applicable.

Advanced treatments and procedures may require an eligibility consultation and a separate written quote before booking.

PVT does not guarantee that a consultation, investigation, medicine, treatment or procedure will be reimbursed by a medical scheme. Where applicable, the practice may provide a detailed invoice for the patient to submit to their scheme.

Patients remain responsible for checking their own medical scheme benefits and claim requirements.
