WhatsApp is the fastest route and you do not need to say why you are coming in. Most patients get an appointment within the week. There is nothing to prepare.
Before you book, the money part:
R700 private doctor consult, paid upfront by cash or card. It covers the assessment, test selection, explanation of your first results, and a script where clinically appropriate. Lab tests are billed separately by the blood lab (Lancet). Medical aid is optional: you claim back yourself if you have it.
No medical aid? No problem. The price you see is the whole price, plus the lab's own bill for any tests.

Practical things patients ask:
Walk-ins: booking ahead keeps the waiting room quiet, but if you are nearby, message first and we will tell you honestly if there is a same-day gap.
Bring any ID or passport for the lab forms. Immigration status is never our business.
Possible HIV exposure in the last 72 hours? PEP is urgent. Message or call today, not tomorrow.
